Which types of clients should I use this compliance tool with?
You can access the HR Diagnostic tool for any client based in England and Wales. There is the caveat that this excludes any regulatory bodies that organisations have additional compliance obligations such as Ofsted, FCA, CQC etc..

What payment options do you accept?
Our payment processing is via Stripe and you can use various forms of payment.
What are the fees and how do they work?
HR Diagnostics works as a licenced, white label subscription for HR Consultants, on either a monthly or annual basis.
What is the difference between monthly and annual subscription?
Annual Subscription Benefits | Monthly Subscription Benefits |
Save total of 10% if paying 12 months subscription in advance | Cost of subscription is spread throughout the year, providing flexibility with cashflow |
Receive all client licences upon payment, providing you with the flexibility to use the licences as and when you need them. Monthly, they do expire if not used within the month. | Limited licences released but opportunity to purchase additional licences, as and when required. |
No need to provide 30 days notice to cancel subscription like monthly subscription requires. | Cancel anytime, providing 30 days notice |

When will my monthly payment be charged?
Your subscription, whether monthly or annually, will commence with effect of the date you take out the licence to use the HR Diagnostic tool. So for example, if you take out a monthly subscription that commences on 14th of the month, your direct debit will be taken on the 14th of the month

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription

How do you keep the software legally up to date when Employment Law changes?
All our assessment questions and action plan outputs have been ratified by the appropriate subject matter expert. HR Diagnostics engage UK Employment Solicitors, Health and Safety Specialists and GDPR experts to ensure that any changes in legislation are interpreted into the diagnostic tool.

Is your site secure?
I am outside the UK, can I use this tool with my clients?
Unfortunately, this HR Diagnostic tool is only available to businesses in England and Wales due to the Employment Legislation requirements.
How is my clients’ data protected?
Only you, as the HR Consultant, will have access to your clients contact details. The privacy notice can be found.
