Tania brings over 20 years of HR and employment law expertise to HR Diagnostics, and built the platform because she knew there had to be a smarter way for HR consultants to demonstrate value, surface risk, and grow their revenue.
With a background spanning financial and professional services, and a consultancy practice of her own, Tania understands exactly what consultants need in the real world. HR Diagnostics is the tool she wished had existed when she was building client relationships from scratch.
She's on a mission to make compliance the most commercially powerful conversation an HR consultant can have.

Joanne Penney

Jo is the person who keeps HR Diagnostics running smoothly behind the scenes and makes sure every consultant who joins the platform feels genuinely supported from day one.
