  • Which types of clients should I use this compliance tool with?

    The HR Diagnostics tool is suitable for any business operating in England and Wales. 


    However, it excludes organisations that fall under specific regulatory bodies with additional compliance obligations, such as Ofsted, FCA, and CQC.

Client onboarding and usage

  • How quickly can I be set up and ready to use with my clients?

    Once you’ve completed the onboarding process and subscribed to a package, you can start adding client details immediately, allowing them to access the diagnostic tool right away.

  • How do I get set up to use HR Diagnostics with my clients?

    To get started:

    1. Navigate to the Clients tab within your HR Diagnostics platform.


    2. Copy your unique subdomain URL (found above your client details).


    3. Share the URL with your clients so they can register.


    Your client will need to create an account using your bespoke URL to access their license.


  • How long does it take to complete an HR Audit using HR Diagnostics?

    The completion time depends on whether you guide the client through the process or they complete it independently. If done independently, the duration may vary based on their HR, Health & Safety, and GDPR knowledge.


    Typically, the audit takes no more than a couple of hours.



    The assessment is broken into bite-sized, manageable sections for ease of completion.

    Responses are automatically saved, so clients can pause and resume at their convenience.



  • Do you offer training or demos on how to use HR Diagnostics?

    Yes! We provide a range of resources to help you get started, including:

  • How many of my clients can access the software?

    This depends on the subscription package you choose. To view available packages, please visit the Pricing page on our website.

  • How do I track my client's progress?

    Both you and your client can monitor their progress through a percentage completion tracker. Additionally, within your portal, you can view:


    📌 The client’s last activity date

    📌 A progress bar that gives real-time insights into their assessment status


Manage account

  • How do I manage multiple client accounts within HR Diagnostics?

    Your HR Consultancy portal allows you to manage multiple client accounts via the "My Clients" page within your dashboard. Here, you can:


    ✅ View a list of all your clients

    ✅ Access individual client accounts by clicking the "Go" button under the "Go to Client" heading


  • Can I transfer my license to another consultant if I stop using HR Diagnostics?

    No, the Software Licence Agreement is specific to you and cannot be transferred to another user. 


    However, if you refer another consultant to set up their own account, you will receive a one-time referral bonus in the form of a £20 Amazon voucher.



  • Can I delete my data permanently if I stop using HR Diagnostics?

    Yes, your data belongs to you and your clients. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription, all stored data will be automatically deleted.



  • How do I change my account details?

    You can update your Personal, Company, Billing, and Security details by visiting your User Profile.

  • What payment options do you accept?

    Our payment processing is via Stripe and you can use various forms of payment. 



  • What are the fees and how do they work?

    HR Diagnostics works as a licenced, white label subscription for HR Consultants, on either a monthly or annual basis. 


  • What is the difference between monthly and annual subscriptions?

    Annual Subscription Benefits


    - Save a total of 10% by paying for 12 months in advance.

    - Receive all client licenses upon payment, allowing you to use them as needed.

    - No requirement to provide 30 days' notice to cancel.

    - Annual subscription payment is set up automatically but can be cancelled immediately after payment.


    Monthly Subscription Benefits


    - The subscription cost is spread throughout the year, offering greater cash flow flexibility.

    - Licenses are released on a monthly basis and expire if not used within the month.

    - Can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice.

    - Opportunity to purchase additional licenses as needed.








  • When will my monthly payment be charged?

    Your subscription, whether monthly or annually, will commence with effect of the date you take out the licence to use the HR Diagnostic tool. 


    So for example, if you take out a monthly subscription that commences on 14th of the month, your direct debit will be taken on the 14th of the month allocation of licences will renew on the 14th of each month.

  • How do I change my subscription option?

    You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription by contacting us directly via the contact page on the platform. https://app.hrdiagnostics.co.uk/support


  • What happens if I miss a subscription payment?

    If a subscription payment is missed, your account may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed. 


    Monthly subscription payments are deducted automatically, but if you choose to cancel, you will still be invoiced for the 30-day cancellation period. To avoid service interruptions, ensure your payment details are up to date.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    We currently do not offer the option to pause subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and restart when you're ready. 


    Please note that cancelling will result in the deletion of your previous data, meaning you will be starting a new subscription from scratch.

Technical support and functionality

  • Is HR Diagnostics mobile-friendly?

    Yes, HR Diagnostics is accessible on mobile devices. However, for the best user experience, we recommend using a tablet, laptop, or desktop.

  • Can multiple users from the same company access the tool?

    Each license is assigned to an individual user. However:


    - Users can delegate tasks to colleagues within their business.


    - The HR Risk Report can be downloaded as a PDF and shared internally.



  • Does the system allow for exporting reports?

    Yes, the HR Risk Report is generated as a PDF document that can be downloaded, shared, and printed.


  • How does the software kept up to date when employment laws change?

    HR Diagnostics ensures compliance by continuously updating its assessment questions and action plans. 


    Updates are reviewed and ratified by UK Employment Solicitors, Health & Safety Specialists, and GDPR experts to reflect the latest legal requirements and HR best practices.









Data security and compliance

  • Where is my data stored?

    Your data, along with your clients' data, is securely stored in the cloud and protected by strict GDPR-compliant security protocols to ensure confidentiality and integrity.


  • I am outside the UK. Can I use this tool with my clients?

    No, HR Diagnostics is currently only available to businesses in England and Wales due to specific employment legislation requirements.


  • How is my clients’ data protected?

Fix a problem

  • I am having technical problems with the HR Diagnostic tool – what should I do?

    Please raise a support ticket via our Contact Page, and our team will assist you as soon as possible.


  • Does the platform integrate with other software and tools?

    Yes, HR Diagnostics integrates with third-party software that has an open API. We are also working on future integrations with leading HR tech platforms. Stay tuned for updates!


  • My client is experiencing login issues—how can they reset their password?

    If your client is unable to log in, they can reset their password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login page. If issues persist, they can contact our team by raising a ticket from the login page.  

  • My payment didn’t go through—what should I do?

    If your payment is declined:


    -nDouble-check your billing details and ensure your card details are up to date.

    - Contact your bank or payment provider to check for any restrictions.

    - If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for further assistance.









  • The platform is running slowly—how can I improve performance?

    For the best experience:

    Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

    Use an updated browser (Google Chrome or Firefox recommended).

    Avoid running multiple applications in the background.
