Hi fellow HR Consultants, my name is Tania Harland and I am the founder of HR Diagnostics Ltd. 

My passion for helping HR colleagues is born out of my personal frustrations of how time-consuming the first touch-point with a new client can be. The HR Audit/HR Health Check is the gateway to understanding your clients’ ‘needs’ and ‘wants’. It is an integral part of the client/consultant journey and I want to ease the pain and help:
