How does HR Diagnostics help me grow my HR Consultancy business?
HR Diagnostics is an excellent lead-generation tool to boost sales and revenue for your HR consultancy business. It offers a professional platform to engage potential clients effectively, helping you craft the ideal support package tailored to their needs.
The Action Plan feature in the HR Diagnostics tool delivers clear, actionable guidance for clients on addressing any “Red Flag” areas highlighted in their report, ensuring they know exactly what steps are needed to mitigate compliance risks.
How is the tool customised with my business branding?
During the onboarding process, you’ll have the option to upload your logo, a landing page image, and set your primary brand colour to personalise the tool. After setup, you can easily make further adjustments to your profile by accessing through your main Dashboard. Simply click on the icon in the top-right corner of the page and select “View Profile” to update your branding details anytime.
How do I get set up to use with my clients?
It’s really straightforward! Just go to the “Clients” tab in your Consultant Portal, and you’ll find a link in the top left corner under your logo. Copy this URL and send it to your client so they can set up their Client Account.
How quickly can I be set up and ready to use with my clients?
After subscribing to your package and completing the login and onboarding process, you can instantly allocate licences to your clients. The number of licences available will depend on your subscription level, allowing clients to set up their own Assessment Portals.

Which clients can use this digital HR Audit?
The HR Audit tool is available for clients based in England and Wales. However, please note that it may not cover additional compliance requirements for organisations regulated by bodies like Ofsted, FCA, CQC, and similar authorities with specific obligations.
How do I change my account details?
You can update your Personal, Company, Billing, and Security details by navigating to your main Consultancy Dashboard. Simply click on the icon in the top right corner and select “View Profile.

What payment options do you accept?
We process payments securely through Stripe, allowing you to use a variety of payment methods.
What are the fees and how do they work?
HR Diagnostics offers a licensed, white-label subscription for HR consultants, available on both monthly and annual plans. This flexible approach allows you to choose a subscription that aligns with your business needs. For detailed information on pricing and plan features, please visit our pricing page.
What is the difference between monthly and annual subscription?

When will my monthly payment be charged?
Your subscription, whether monthly or annual, will begin from the date you activate your licence for the HR Diagnostic tool. For instance, if you start a monthly subscription on the 14th, your direct debit will also be scheduled for the 14th of each month.
How do I change my subscription option?
To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, simply email tania@hrdiagnostics.co.uk for assistance.

I can't log in. What should I do?
Check that you’re using the correct email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it.
Does the platform integrate with other software and tools?

How do you keep the software legally up to date when Employment Law changes?
All our assessment questions and action plan outputs have been ratified by the appropriate subject matter expert. HR Diagnostics engage UK Employment Solicitors, Health and Safety Specialists and GDPR experts to ensure that any changes in legislation are interpreted into the diagnostic tool.

Is your site secure?
I am outside the UK, can I use this tool with my clients?
Unfortunately, this HR Diagnostic tool is only available to businesses in England and Wales due to the Employment Legislation requirements.
How is my clients’ data protected?
Only you, as the HR Consultant, will have access to your clients contact details. The privacy notice can be found.

Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Security is embedded into the development lifecycle, following best practices like secure coding standards, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments. Regular penetration testing is also performed to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities early on.
- Data Privacy Compliance
HR Diagnostics is designed in compliance with GDPR, ensuring that user data is handled, stored, and processed in line with strict data protection regulations.
