How I Helped a Charity Get HR Compliance Clarity in Just 2 Hours


As part of the beta testing phase of HR Diagnostics, I had the opportunity to work directly with Tania Harland, the founder of the platform, to trial this innovative product with one of my clients.

A local charity approached me looking for a clear picture of their HR compliance position and practical steps for improvement—without the weeks of back-and-forth or the high cost often associated with traditional HR audits.

I was excited to be one of the first HR consultants in the UK to use the HR Diagnostics tool with a live client.

My Approach

  • I delivered the audit at a charity rate of £399 + VAT (usual rate £499 + VAT).
  • The client completed the online HR Audit almost entirely independently—no confusion, no lengthy forms.
  • I then:

✅ Followed up briefly by email.
